2007 Business Achievers - New Business of the Year Award
Sponsored by Quest Newspapers. The award was accepted by the friendly team of B-Bears and Gifts at the gala award ceremony. Just a year after opening, this delightful store has recently expanded into new gift lines for special occasions such as Babies, Birthdays, Weddings and I Love You Teddy Bears.
This esteemed award pays tribute to B-Bears and Gifts that has demonstrated customer service excellence and innovation. The competition is of a very high standard with almost 20,000 votes received from the public.
Travelling around the world to ensure only the best bears are available at the store David and Lisa said “It was not only an honour to win the New Business of the Year for us but also for the team at the store who deal with Bear Lovers giving exceptional service every day”. RUSS and the International Star Registry have recently partnered to launch a new program called Shining Stars which gives people the opportunity to name their very own star in the sky.
The program includes a quality RUSS plush Shining Stars Friend, identifiable by the crystal-like star icon and embroidered Shining Stars logo on the paw pad and to have your name officially recorded with a star in the sky.
You can choose from 24 different Shining Star Friends. Once purchased you simply log onto the Shining Stars website and, using the secret code found inside the tamper proof tag, you can register and name your star with the International Star Registry. What a great time we had at Hugglets in London. Sooooo many people and sooo many bears. Everyone who came marvelled and took a little friend home to keep. Thanks to all who gave such wonderful feedback. Next year it looks like we'll do all the shows all over agian....
